Responsibilities

Technical and economic responsibility as well as planning and control of technical implementation projects, customer projects and internal projects.

Agile/hybrid project management – Planning and control of work packages, milestones and quality gates.

Planning and support in controlling project resources.

Monitoring and forecasting the project budget.

Identifying and tracking project risks.
-
Documentation and reporting of the project status (e.g. degree of completion, budget, etc.).

Close cooperation with product and service clusters as well as line areas.

Stakeholder management and analysis – Analysis, coordination and control of suppliers, internal and external project partners as well as customers and clients in cooperation with the specialist departments to achieve the (partial) project goals.

Control of performance acceptance and change requests as well as implementation of error correction measures.

Documenting and reporting the project status to the department management, management and project stakeholders as well as committee work (Steering Committee).

If necessary, offer management: Advice and support for sales through cost estimation and coordination, participation in the evaluation of requirements, tenders, draft contracts and, if applicable, service level agreements.
Must-have Requirements

Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, economics, electrical engineering, natural sciences or comparable qualification.

Alternatively: completed IT/technical or commercial training.

Professional experience in project management.

Experience in project coordination and management of classic and agile IT projects including methodological competence: Supported by appropriate certifications such as SCRUM, PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI, or similar desirable.

Confident mastery of project and risk management tools as well as project controlling and reporting, also in agile and hybrid contexts.

Skills in leading a project team.

Experience in managing suppliers, internal partners (such as specialist departments) and customers.

High analytical, organizational and conceptual skills.

High IT affinity and technical experience.

Initiative and good communication skills at second and third management levels.

Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
