Qualifications

- The ability to lead by example on the restaurant floor and consistently uphold the highest service standards
- Excellent organizational skills, combined with a structured, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a key liaison between the team, management, and other departments
- Strong sales skills and a talent for creating exceptional guest experiences
- Confidence in using modern POS systems, ideally with experience in MICROS / Simphony systems
