What you will do: As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Together with the Restaurant Manager, you ensure the smooth running of daily operations while delivering service excellence in line with Hyatt standards. You lead by example on the floor, coach and motivate the team, and build strong relationships with guests to create lasting impressions and foster guest loyalty. Working closely with the kitchen and other operational departments, you ensure seamless service, high-quality standards, and a welcoming atmosphere at all times. You support operational planning, delegate daily tasks effectively, and contribute to the commercial success of the outlet through upselling initiatives, special promotions, and a proactive approach to guest engagement. You assist with workforce planning, scheduling, inventory control, and cost management, while ensuring compliance with Hyatt standards, food safety regulations, hygiene requirements, and ISO 22000 guidelines.
