Summary Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Senior Manager for Corporate Food & Beverage Operations in Chicago, responsible for strategically partnering with the Regional Vice President, managing openings, renovations, and transitions, ensuring operational readiness, compliance, performance analysis, and profitability across assigned hotels.
Key Responsibilities
Act as strategic and operational business partner to the Regional Vice President, F&B Operations – Americas.
Manage hotel F&B openings, renovations, and transitions for Classic and Luxury brand portfolio.
Drive execution of Hyatt’s F&B operational standards, performance benchmarking, and data‑driven decision making.
Implement AI‑driven F&B training programs; collaborate with Learning, Brand, and Culinary teams.
Lead data collection, analytics, and dashboard development for revenue, cost, and profitability tracking.
Benchmark outlet performance, identify pricing and labor optimization opportunities using AI tools.
Oversee and evaluate F&B audit processes, ensuring timely corrective actions.
Monitor compliance with food safety, sanitation, and brand standards across properties.
Coordinate development of F&B concepts, review layouts, OS&E, FF&E, and digital tools.
Provide oversight and guidance to maintain operational readiness and service excellence.
Develop and enhance digital tools and reporting systems for forecasting and strategic planning.
Drive continuous improvement through technology and data insights; stay current on F&B trends.
Qualifications Experience Required:
Minimum 10 years progressive experience in F&B hotel/restaurant operations, hospitality management, or related field.
Proficiency with F&B technology, digital platforms, and data‑driven decision making.
Strong financial acumen; experience with F&B financial systems, forecasting, and P&L management; advanced Excel proficiency.
Proficiency with business software (Word, PowerPoint) and financial reporting tools (Hyperion/Essbase).
Agile leadership; collaborative and continuous improvement mindset.
Strong relationship building and communication, presentation, and training skills.
Self‑starter capable of managing multiple priorities in fast‑paced setting.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking, translating insights into action.
Willingness to travel regionally (~30–40%) for property visits and training.
Experience Preferred:
Bachelor’s in Hotel Management, Hospitality, F&B or Culinary (preferred)
