Your Profile:

- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Revenue Management, Revenue Analysis, Commercial Analysis, or a similar hospitality role. - Good understanding of hotel performance indicators, including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, market segmentation, booking pace, and demand trends. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence using reporting and analytical tools. - Fluent English, both written and spoken. German would be considered an advantage. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Comfortable turning data into clear business recommendations.

Your main tasks & responsibilities:

As a Revenue Analyst, you will support the hotel's revenue and profitability goals through pricing, forecasting, market analysis, and inventory management. Working closely with the Revenue Manager and Commercial Team, you will analyze performance and market trends, identify opportunities, and provide insights that support commercial decision-making and strengthen the hotel's market position.

Furthermore, you:

- Monitor hotel performance and identify opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability. - Analyze booking patterns, demand trends, competitor performance, and business mix. - Support pricing and inventory strategies across market segments and distribution channels. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities. - Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning. - Monitor booking pace, pickup, cancellations, seasonality, and demand patterns. - Maintain revenue management systems and ensure data accuracy. - Participate in business review and commercial meetings, providing revenue insights and recommendations. - Support group pricing decisions and evaluate business opportunities. - Monitor competitor activity, market developments, and industry trends. - Identify opportunities to improve Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, market share, and overall hotel revenue. - Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Finance, and Operations. - Ensure revenue management practices are aligned with Hyatt standards and business objectives.
