- Responsibility for the smooth run of the reception and an optimal telephone service
- Welcome and care of guests
- Review of reservations, arrival check and preparation of guest lists
- Posting of settlements
- Management of the cash register including the preparation of daily statements
- Representation of the Night Manager
Qualifications
Your background
- Knowledge of the upscale hotel industry
- Experience in an equivalent position in the luxury hotel industry
- Organizational talent and very good IT skills
- Outstanding commitment, willingness to provide service and great interest in a team-oriented way of working
- Very good German and English skills, other foreign language skills are an advantage
- Experience with OPERA is an advantage
