Who You Are You are a purpose-driven leader who believes that outstanding business results begin with outstanding people.

You bring: Proven success leading an international full service or upper-upscale hotel environment Previous General Manager experience or significant Executive Committee leadership with demonstrated readiness for a General Manager appointment.
Strong commercial acumen and a consistent record of delivering sustainable financial performance.
Experience working closely with hotel ownership and asset management partners.
Exceptional leadership capabilities with a passion for coaching, mentoring and succession planning.
A collaborative leadership style that empowers teams while maintaining high standards of accountability.
Outstanding communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to navigate complexity with resilience, agility and optimism.
Fluency in English; German language skills are highly desirable.
