- Acquisition and support of local business customers: Building and maintaining relationships with companies and partners in the Mainz region and surrounding areas.
- Development of sales strategies: Identifying market potentials and developing individual sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Sales of hotel capacities and services: Professionally presenting hotel offerings and providing tailored advice for local businesses.
- Contract negotiations: Responsible for negotiating and finalizing contracts, as well as managing existing agreements.
- Market research and trend monitoring: Analyzing the competitive landscape and market trends to develop proactive sales strategies.
- Collaboration with other departments: Close cooperation with Front Office, Event Management, and Marketing departments to ensure smooth implementation of customer requests.
- Reporting and goal achievement: Regular reporting on sales activities and goal attainment, as well as creating sales reports for management.
