Overview
In this role you will guide the Food & Beverage team to deliver outstanding hospitality at Park Hyatt Zurich. You will work closely with management to oversee daily restaurant operations while developing team members and contributing to the venue’s ongoing success. You will shape guest experiences through personalized service and a commitment to quality, driving engagement and operational excellence. - Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery
- Develop and coach team members to achieve performance targets
- Collaborate with management and other departments on planning and execution
- Uphold highest service standards and attention to detail on the floor
- Foster a guest-centric environment and resolve issues effectively
- Utilize POS systems to support sales and guest service

- Bilingüe: Deutsch und Englisch (fließend)
