You are the guarantor of a high-performance, flexible, and future-oriented maintenance strategy.Your responsibilities:- Guarantee a global vision of technical issues and facilities and ensure their consistency over time.- Participate in design reviews, perform preventive inspections during overhauls, and validate transfers to projects.- Support field teams in resolving failures, in close liaison with business experts.- Lead transverse analyses, capitalize on feedback, and promote a dynamic of continuous improvement.- Optimize and make maintenance work more flexible according to the issues of each partner.- Participate in development projects in the maintenance process, evolve the CMMS, and contribute to the transition towards predictive maintenance.- Analyze facility performance via KPIs and propose improvement actions.- Conduct reliability and maintenance cost studies to strengthen the performance of standardized maintenance plans and tools promoting efficiency and knowledge sharing.- Design training modules for the on-call service and participate in the engineer on-call service.Your skills:- EPF or HES engineer in mechanics.- Comfortable managing several projects in parallel in a complex environment.- Interest in data, analysis, and risk management methods.- Marked sensitivity for digital transformation and new technologies, with good command of IT tools.- Autonomy and proactivity, with a great capacity for analysis and synthesis.- Ability to manage technical issues in a matrix organization by coordinating different stakeholders.- German or French mother tongue with very good knowledge of the other language.- Excellent interpersonal skills: listening, ability to convince, and work with varied teams.We offer:We offer working conditions and a pleasant atmosphere, supported by strong corporate values.
