Customer Account Manager

Tätigkeiten

• You will be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships, taking into account technical and economic conditions and in consultation with the responsible sales representative, with the goal of enhancing customer satisfaction
• You serve as the point of contact with the customer, from the initial inquiry through the quote and order all the way to final payment
• You ensure that routine communications with customers and internal departments are up-to-date and complete
• You will prepare quotes and orders and support the field sales team
• You will communicate delivery updates, manage customer projects, and assist with customer acceptance testing

Anforderungen

• You have completed a business or technical apprenticeship with relevant continuing education, or you hold a bachelor's degree in economics
• Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience in an industrial setting and are highly self-motivated. Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.
• You are proficient in the standard MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel. Ideally, you have already had some experience with CRM and ERP systems, such as SAP or Salesforce
• You possess analytical thinking skills, a structured approach to work, strong communication skills, and the ability to think and act in an intercultural context
• You have excellent written and spoken German skills and good written and spoken English skills
