As Director of Service Operations for Europe & the UK, you lead and grow our European service business in aviation, ensuring top-notch delivery across locations. You will align regional service activities with OEMs and customers, driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. You will shape the service organization, develop offerings, and manage cross-functional programs in a international context. - Manage and develop all European service locations with focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability
- Implement regional service strategy and identify new service offerings and growth opportunities
- Lead service organization including capacity planning, workforce development, and service culture
- Oversee customer and OEM programs with KPI monitoring and escalation management at regional/global levels
- Analyze customer needs and coordinate with sales, product management, and supply chain to fulfill orders
- Manage cross-functional projects ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets in service business
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Several years of management experience in service operations, aftermarket services, or a comparable technical field; aviation experience preferred
- Proven track record of managing multiple locations and improving business results, customer satisfaction, and organizational development
- Strong business acumen with budget management, forecasting, KPI management, and negotiations
- Customer-focused mindset with willingness to travel and a structured, analytical, solution-oriented approach
