Associate Director, Market Access

About the mission – We are looking for an experienced person in Market Access based in Northern Germany. This position will be responsible for ensuring Market Access for a mid-sized pharma\’s products by developing and implementing access strategies, preparing AMNOG dossiers, conducting price negotiations, and collaborating across local and global departments.

You need to have prior experience in a Market Access position within a pharma or Biotech, in addition to in-depth local healthcare system knowledge, fluency in German and English, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a willingness to travel.
