We're an early-stage Berlin startup building AI agents for performance marketers — an AI co-pilot that helps freelancers and agencies run better Google Ads campaigns (and soon Meta, TikTok & LinkedIn). Founded by experienced entrepreneurs who've built and scaled products before, we move fast and care about impact over hype.
The Role
We're hiring a part-time SDR to help 10x our weekly demo bookings. You'll build the pipeline, run multi-channel outreach, book meetings, and take the first calls (qualification) with prospects. You'll work directly with the founders, with strong AI and automation support to help you scale. Hands‑on, high‑ownership, paid on outcomes. Start at ~10 hours a week, with room to grow.
What you’ll do
- Own outbound prospecting end-to-end: target lists, account research, multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Book qualified meetings and grow our weekly sales conversations
- Take intro and discovery calls; qualify and nurture engaged leads
- Manage pipeline across founder and self-generated conversations
- Use AI tools and automations to scale what works
- Keep the CRM clean and report on what's working
What we’re looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, SDR/BDR, outbound, or growth (strong internships, MBA projects, or freelance work count)
- Fluent in German or French, plus fluent English
- Understanding of performance marketing / digital advertising — you know what a Google Ads agency cares about (big plus)
- AI‑native — comfortable with modern outreach tools (Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn) and AI workflows
- Proactive and self‑directed — you thrive with ownership rather than instructions
- Comfortable in fast‑moving, early‑stage environments
Nice to have
- Both German and French
- Experience selling to marketing agencies or freelancers or in performance marketing
- Experience setting up or running outbound automations
