Responsibilities

1. Implement and ensure project can achieve contract profit goals during the life cycle of the whole project.
2. Organize and coordinate each relevant department to form a project team; guarantee project can be finished on the requirements of specified time, cost, and technique by the most reasonable and sufficient resource allocation.
3. Analyze, collect, and identify project’s overall requirements and deliverables; launch and formulate complete project delivery plan and protection measures.
4. Establish project risk management matrix to control project risks, and take systematic and effective measures to avoid project implementation risks.
5. Cooperate with relevant management work with the company and departments, and ensure rationality, validity, and compliance of project work.
6. Maintain relationships with customers, understand client demand, and improve client satisfaction.
7. Through the project implementation process, improve the project management standard system process and documents, and provide reference standards for subsequent projects.
8. Coordinate all kinds of project conflicts.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering management, business administration, electrical engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering is preferred.
2. Familiar with energy storage business, project management process, business model, and expansion process.
3. More than two years of technical experience in the fields of electric power, energy storage, lithium battery technology, and other fields.
4. Strong communication and expression skills, logical analysis ability, coordination and organization ability, data collation and analysis, and report writing ability.
5. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; overseas work and study experience is better.
6. Familiar with VISO Project, etc.
7. Take the initiative, be passionate, have a sense of teamwork, and have a strong ability to withstand pressure.
