Securitization & Asset Based Solutions (SABS) offers UniCredit global clients and the UniCredit Group ways to obtain cost-efficient and flexible secured financing, risk transfer, capital relief and working capital optimisation through ABS, receivables purchase programmes and other asset-based financing solutions.

What you'll be doing

Participate in the origination, pitching and structuring of securitisation transactions across a broad range of industries, including restructuring of existing deals.

Prepare client presentations and marketing materials.

Perform analysis of historical portfolio data using internal rating models and portfolio analytics tools.

Contribute to the development of internal reporting and monitoring tools for receivables transactions.

Gain insight into the structuring process and interact with originators, law firms and internal stakeholders across the bank.

• You've completed your studies within the last 2 years or are in the final stages of your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science
• Programming skills are considered an advantage.

In the UniCredit Graduate Program Client Solutions, you can expect an attractive fixed annual base salary from €65286 gross, based on full-time employment and aligned with your academic degree.

Your remuneration is determined in accordance with the provisions of the applicable collective salary agreement for the private banking sector and is based on the following grading:

• Bachelor’s degree: pay group 7/11th professional year

• Master’s degree: pay group 8/11th professional year

• Doctoral degree (PhD): pay group 9/11th professional year

The target salary consists of two components: the annual base salary (as outlined above), paid in 13 monthly installments, and a variable bonus payment. The variable bonus payment is based on one monthly gross base salary and will be adjusted by the company’s success and your individual performance contribution.
