An established financial services company is looking for a technical specialist to join the team. This role focuses on the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of enterprise contact center and customer service platforms. The successful candidate will translate business requirements into scalable configurations while balancing operational stability with continuous feature delivery.
What you'll be doing
- Configure and optimize enterprise customer service and contact center platform capabilities
- Design and manage case management, routing rules, workstreams, and agent experiences
- Maintain omnichannel service capabilities across voice, chat, and email channels
- Provide operational platform support and lead complex second-level troubleshooting
- Collaborate on automation initiatives and process improvements from development to production
What we're looking for
- Experience configuring enterprise CRM environments, specifically customer service or contact center modules
- Proficiency in designing business rules, service level agreements, and automated workflows
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into maintainable technical configurations
- Strong collaboration skills for working with product owners, central IT, and external partners
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a significant advantage
