The role focuses on the development and integration of modern infrastructure solutions within a large-scale environment. You will play a key part in ensuring system reliability and driving automation across all operational processes.

- Developing and integrating containerisation and monitoring solutions in an on-premise environment
- Diagnosing incidents and conducting post-mortems to ensure long-term system stability
- Monitoring service level objectives and managing error budgets to meet performance agreements
- Identifying optimisation opportunities and automating routine operational workflows
- Supporting high-level technical issues and providing advanced systems support
Требования:
- A degree in computer science or a comparable technical qualification
- Extensive practical experience in IT operations, production support, and systems administration
- Strong technical proficiency in managing and maintaining Linux-based platforms
- A solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles
- Professional fluency in German and good proficiency in English
