What you'll be doing
- Designing and implementing end-to-end test strategies across unit, integration, system, UI, and performance levels.
- Developing and maintaining test harnesses and CI pipelines to provide fast, reliable feedback for diverse technology stacks.
- Planning and executing load and performance tests to identify bottlenecks and mitigate stability risks.
- Collaborating with architecture and product teams to embed shift-left engineering practices and test-driven development.
- Utilizing advanced AI agents and tools to generate, maintain, and triage automated tests and workflows.
What we're looking for
- Extensive experience in senior-level test automation with a deep understanding of multi-layered frameworks and performance testing.
- Strong academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript, alongside experience with modern CI/CD tools.
- Proven ability to integrate AI-driven coding tools and agentic workflows into quality assurance processes.
- Professional fluency in both German and English with strong problem-solving skills and high quality standards.
