A large healthcare technology business is looking for a project professional to join the team. This role focuses on the functional and operational oversight of digital portals and field service management applications to ensure efficient system performance. The successful candidate will act as a central interface between departments, IT, and external partners to drive continuous platform improvement.
What you'll be doing
- Managing the administration and further development of enterprise service applications and customer portals.
- Conducting requirements engineering, from initial analysis and specification to coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Planning, coordinating, and documenting end-to-end software tests and defining necessary optimization measures.
- Overseeing user and authorization management to ensure secure and efficient access rights across platforms.
- Leading integration projects between various systems and developing interface and data flow concepts.
What we're looking for
- Several years of professional experience in application management, IT project management, or requirements engineering.
- Proven track record in supporting and developing digital platforms, portals, or enterprise business systems.
- Strong knowledge of requirements management and the planning and execution of software testing cycles.
- A solid understanding of system integrations, digital business processes, and technical interfaces.
- Fluency in German and English to effectively coordinate with diverse stakeholder groups.
