What you'll be doing
- Integrating production equipment into the manufacturing system and expanding equipment interfaces
- Designing and implementing high-availability software solutions for continuous production operations
- Managing source code, change management processes, and internal software development projects
- Optimizing the software landscape to increase efficiency within the manufacturing environment
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary engineering teams and external partners on technical requirements
What we're looking for
- Degree in Computer Science, Automation Technology, or a comparable technical qualification
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming such as C#, Java, or Python and web technologies
- Practical experience with SEMI standards and equipment communication protocols like SECS/GEM
- Knowledge of relational databases, XML, CI/CD tools, and modern software frameworks
- Fluency in German and English with experience working in agile environments
