ABOUT THE ROLE
Since our launch in March 2021, we have successfully acquired 250 reputable customers like Hubspot, HRS, Forto, SoSafe, Freshworks, Teamviewer, and many others. We have moved from founder-driven sales to a structured playbook-based B2B sales model. You will be responsible for closing hiring partner companies for our business line, Recruiting. Your key metrics are the number of active hiring partners and the number of generated job opportunities.
This way, you help recruit the best companies for our pool of talented career changers and experienced candidates.
You will be part of the B2B sales team, working closely with the talent team and one of our founders, being responsible for winning new customers for our business line, hyriseRecruiting. HyriseRecruiting helps companies find new sales talent and get them productive as quickly as possible with the help of our very own sales ramp-up training.
We\’re looking for three key skills: curiosity, coachability, and the willingness to learn what it takes to be successful. Additionally, you need to fully identify with our mission to enable people to find a career they love.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are ultimately responsible for winning new customers for our product line, hyriseRecruiting.
- Independently manage your prospects and deals full-cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demoing, and closing of inbound and outbound leads.
- Reach out to new as well as existing leads via all available channels: phone, email, video, LinkedIn.
- Qualify inbound as well as outbound leads for fit with the hyrise value proposition.
- Work with our CRM (Hubspot) for communication, documentation, pipeline, and task management.
- Closely work and communicate with colleagues from Sales, Marketing, and Talent.
IS THIS YOU?
- Experience working with people regardless of the industry (e.g., healthcare, retail, hospitality, gastronomy, tourism, product sales, etc.).
- Plus: Experience working in B2B sales for 1 year. Experience in working with a CRM, ideally Hubspot.
