Senior Partnership Manager (m/f/d) DACH in Hamburg

HYROX is a global sports event series that combines running and functional fitness training in a unique race format. Founded in Germany in 2017, HYROX has evolved into a worldwide fitness movement with events across five continents, attracting millions of athletes every season.

To support our rapid expansion and professionalize our partner ecosystem, we are seeking passionate, relationship-driven Senior Partnership Managers (m/f/d) DACH to join our fast-growing team in DACH.

As HYROX continues its global expansion - with over 125 events planned for the 26/27 season -these roles are pivotal in delivering world-class experiences to our athletes and partners alike. You will be responsible for managing key partner relationships and contracted rights delivery for our partners onsite at events and online, ensuring partner satisfaction is high, rights are delivered flawlessly and events are seamlessly executed. You are not just executing contracts; you are building strategic alliances that enhance the athlete journey and drive commercial success for HYROX and our partners across DACH.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partnership Management

  • Alongside your team, own day-to-day management and relationship-building with HYROX brand partners across the market to ensure our partners remain satisfied and excited to partner with us

  • Manage the implementation, execution and tracking of all partner rights, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

  • Optimize partner retention, growth and satisfaction through delivering an excellent service

• Team Leadership

  • Line management of a team of 1, with dotted line responsibility of 1 more team member

  • Build goals and development plans for your team

  • Provide coaching and hands on support

  • Create a strong team culture across the market

• General

  • Teamwork: Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., Marketing, Athlete Services, Operations) to execute partnership activations aligned with HYROX brand objectives.

  • Event Management: Attend the majority of HYROX DACH Season races to personally manage and execute partnership on-site activations and relationships

  • Innovative Activation: You develop and execute creative activation plans that go beyond logo placement.

  • Data & Insights: Track and report KPIs; compile and present post-event and quarterly partner reports, offering insights and clear ROI.

  • Invoicing

  • Premium & Strategic Initiatives: Beyond event execution, dedicate time to build "premium," non-event-related partner initiatives, and to develop strong relationships with peers of similar seniority on the partner side — expanding HYROX's network on the hospitality and business side of partnerships.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience: Prior experience in Partnership Account Management, sponsorship or brand partnerships preferred (especially sport and event industries)

• Communication & relationships: Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident in client-facing settings. Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships

• Project Management: You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused; capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Tools like Monday.com or Google Workspace are second nature to you.

• Results-Driven: You have a commercial mindset and are focused on delivering value. You understand KPIs, ROI, and the importance of contractual compliance.

• Spirit: You are a team player with high energy, ready to travel to our events and support the team on the ground. You share our passion for fitness and the HYROX community

• Skills: You exceed in all our key Partnership Manager Skills - Communication; Collaboration; Anticipation & Facilitation; Responsiveness; Builds rapport, trust and equity

• Language Skills: English and German (C-Level written and spoken)
