For our European Headquarters in Offenbach (Frankfurt am Main) we are looking for a:

JIRA Administrator with DevOps (f/m/d)

As a JIRA Administrator with DevOps (f/m/d) you will manage and support all activities related to the Jira/Confluence systems of the European companies of the Hyundai Motor Group. Furthermore, you will implement, maintain, extend and integrate Atlassian products with other internal toolchains, driving efficiency in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configuring, managing, and administering Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Crowd, Bitbucket, JIRA Service Desk)
• Performing upgrades and migrations of all Atlassian applications in Data Center (DC)
• Evaluating and managing the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs
• Collaborating with development and design teams to identify procedural efficiencies, such as with JIRA workflows, custom fields, etc.
• Devising, testing, and deploying integrations between Atlassian products and other internal toolchains
• Conducting training for employees and new hires on JIRA, and briefing teams on new functionalities
• Researching and implementing new approaches to JIRA and Confluence usage
• Providing prompt issue resolution with JIRA projects and Confluence, coordinating with other admins, partner teams, and Atlassian premier support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• 3+ years’ experience administrating Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Desk)
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (configuration, migration, support) and Nginx
• Working knowledge of both Scrum and Kanban methodologies
• Experience extending Atlassian products via code development and directly integrating them with other systems
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Very good English communication skills – spoken and written

Nice to Have:

• Experience with DevOps tools like Kubernetes or other container technologies
• Knowledge of ScriptRunner and BigPicture
• Experience in the automotive industry or previous experience in an IT company would be a plus
