Regulatory Risk Manager (m/w/d)

As the Regulatory Risk Manager (m/w/d) , you ensure early visibility, structured monitoring, and effective alignment of regulatory implementation readiness across NSCs and plants in Europe. You translate regulatory requirements into clear execution insights, proactively identify risks and gaps, and support informed decision-making through the RCG control-tower framework. We want you to: Lead the local regulatory intelligence network, ensuring defined counterparts, structured inputs and clear escalation triggers, while maintaining a disciplined information flow. Monitor regulatory implementation progress and readiness across NSCs and European plants, covering both EU and national regulations. Identify, assess and escalate regulatory risks, feasibility constraints and deviations from agreed plans, driving alignment and corrective actions where needed. Translate local execution realities into structured inputs for ERC and HQ reporting processes. Support legal interpretation and impact assessments by providing operational feasibility perspectives and implementation constraints. Contribute to management reporting with clear, action-oriented insights on readiness, execution status and key risks.
