(Advanced) IT SPECIALIST(M/F/D)

Advanced (IT) Specialist (M/F/D) at Hyundai Motor Europe Technical Center GmbH.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT strategies by analyzing data, researching trends and preparing planning documents
• Manage daily IT operations including infrastructure maintenance, system monitoring and user support
• Administer user accounts and access rights and maintain system settings
• Manage IT assets including inventory tracking, procurement and disposal records
• Plan and manage IT budgets including cost analysis, purchase requests and vendor quotations
• Coordinate with third‑party IT service providers and vendors to ensure service quality and contract compliance
• Participate in IT projects including scheduling, progress tracking, documentation and stakeholder communication
• Participate in IT architecture documentation such as network diagrams and system configurations
• Collaborate with HMETC departments and HQ (South Korea) to ensure IT project requirements are met
• Manage and operate internal systems including ERP and the corporate website
• Create and maintain technical documentation including manuals, FAQs and setup guides
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and management

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure including networks, servers and operating systems (Windows, macOS)
• Hands‑on experience with hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with user account management and access control systems
• Basic understanding of IT project lifecycle and coordination
• Experience in IT operations, technical support or IT budgeting and working with third‑party vendors or service providers
• A very good command of English language, intercultural and communication skills; German is a plus
