To start shortly, we are currently seeking for our Planning and Project Management division an
(Sr.) Engineer Safety Integration (M/F/D)
You will be responsible for
- Monitoring consumer testing requirements on ADAS/ADS systems with focus on New Car Assessment Programs (such as Euro NCAP)
- Attending international working groups developing relevant test & assessment procedures (ACEA, industry consortia)
- Interpretation of assessment criteria and close collaboration with R&D development teams regarding initiation of advance development activities and development of countermeasures
- On-site support with in-house performance validation and subsequent official consumer protection safety tests
- Support drafting comprehensive dossiers describing safety system performance, robustness and scope/limitations
- Close cooperation with HMETC departments and R&D Center in Namyang (South Korea)
Who we are looking for
- Degree in mechanical/ automotive engineering or comparable
- Experience in the area of active vehicle safety validation
- Experience in international working groups/body work
- Analytical way of working and interdisciplinary way of thinking
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A very good command of English, intercultural & communication skills
- Willingness to travel and valid European driving license B
- Knowledge with Microsoft applications like PowerPoint and Excel
