• (SENIOR) PROJECT MANAGER PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT

Location: Anytime, permanent contract, more client visits during the week, typically in our offices in Munich, Cologne, or Hamburg on Fridays.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large, complex projects in Performance Improvement independently for national and international clients—from conception to implementation.
• Work on developing corporate and business orientation, profitability, and performance enhancement within holistic transformation and corporate programs.
• Actively participate in acquiring new projects, including proposal development and pitch management.
• Develop our consultants on projects and lead your team, consisting of consultants and experts.

Qualifications:

• Master\’s degree from a reputable university, MBA, or PhD preferred.
• At least 6 years of professional experience in management consulting or a leading international company as a senior project manager or in leadership roles.
• Extensive project experience across topics such as business orientation, performance improvement, profitability enhancement, restructuring, and leading corporate programs.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong sense of situational awareness and interpersonal skills.
