(SENIOR) PROJECT MANAGER PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT

Position available as a permanent contract, with frequent on-site client visits during the week and typically working from our offices in Munich, Cologne, or Hamburg on Fridays.

Your mission

• Manage large, complex performance improvement projects independently for national and international clients, from conception through implementation.
• Contribute to the development of corporate and business alignment, profitability, and performance improvement within holistic transformation and corporate programmes.
• Assist in acquiring new projects, including proposal development and pitch management.
• Develop our consultants on projects and lead your team, which includes consultants and experts.

Your profile

• Master\’s degree from a reputable university; an MBA or doctorate is a plus.
• At least 6 years of professional experience in management consulting as a senior project manager or with management and project responsibilities.
• Broad project experience in business alignment, performance and profitability improvement, restructuring, and managing corporate programmes.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
• Fluent in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking, with good interpersonal skills and situational awareness.
