SENIOR) PROJECT MANAGER STRATEGY & GROWTH

f / m / d)

at any time, permanent contract, during the week often on site with our customers, on Friday typically in our offices in Munich, Cologne or Hamburg

Your mission

• You accompany and lead our consulting projects on site at our international and national clients
• You are responsible for the development and realignment of corporate and business strategies, holistic transformations, growth, organisational development and restructuring, value enhancement and business model innovation, profitability and performance improvement
• In your role, you will also be responsible for the development of our analysts and junior consultants on the projects and lead your respective team, consisting of consultants and experts

Your profile

• A completed master’s degree from a well-known university or even better : an MBA or PhD
• A minimum of 5 years professional experience with another management consultancy or in an international, market-leading company in strategy development as a project manager or in management and project responsibility.
• Extensive project experience with a corresponding breadth of content from the subject areas of the listed activities
• You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• You are fluent in German and English and perhaps speak another foreign language
