Are you passionate about data protection, IT security and open source? To support our team, we are looking for a Team Leader, Linux Administration mailbox (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• You love variety: You plan, administer and take responsibility for the servers and infrastructure in our data centres and feel called upon for some of these areas of responsibility:
  • Enterprise and carrier grade mail servers (Postfix, Dovecot, Open-Xchange & Anti-Spam)
  • MySQL databases (Galera)
  • Automation / Scripting / Salt / Ansible
  • LDAP
  • Monitoring (based on Check_MK, Nagios, PNP, Perl)
• You actively shape the technical infrastructure: You ensure that the systems are up to date and \“up-and-running\“.
• You like to pass on knowledge: You support colleagues from mailbox.org support as 3rd level.

Your profile

• You are a Linux enthusiast: You have several years of professional experience in Linux server administration at LPIC-1 or LPIC-2 level.
• You are a target runner: You can analyse technical issues quickly and cleanly, have a structured and careful way of working even with an increased workload and are happy to complete projects.
• You are curious: You are curious about technical innovations and want to develop professionally and personally.
• You are a team player: You are motivated, reliable, like to liaise with colleagues and still work independently and in a structured manner. You support your colleagues in the rotating, extra-paid 24/7 on-call duty.
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and can also communicate confidently in English.
