Your Responsibility

• Be a friend and helper for our residents: approachable and community-minded
• Carry out daily rounds, garden care, small repairs, and painting work
• Support move-ins and move-outs by helping prepare apartments for new students
• Stay organized and complete your daily tasks reliably
• Switch between manual and administrative tasks: creating simple reports or reporting warranty issues
• Work closely with our property management team and local colleagues
• Act as the contact person for external service providers when needed
• No German required. Above-average compensation!
