Your role
- You implement the organization’s human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops, and retains the employees it needs – in partnership with business management – to achieve its current and future business objectives.
- You take part in Recruitment, Labor Relations, Performance Management, Training & Development, Succession Planning, Organizational Design.
- You actively support senior HR leadership in day-to-day operations.
- You partner with senior HR leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the business objectives and promote an engaging work environment.
- You take part in the development of employee retention tools and talent management.
- You actively support internal communication.
- You implement and continuously improve (digital) HR processes.
- You prepare HR-related documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- You participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, learning and development.
- You support/ may lead international projects in various areas such as reorganization, people analytics, HRIS, sustainability and others.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus
- At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar HR position, ideally in the automotive sector
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices and policies and profound knowledge of German employment/labor law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and cultures
- Experience in larger organizations is beneficial
- Experience with ADP and SuccessFactors is preferred
- Fluent in English and German (written and verbal)
