Overview
In this role you will provide expert procurement oversight to a major portfolio of projects within the IAEA. You will work closely with MTPS to shape procurement strategy, conduct market and supplier analysis, and track performance against timelines. The work supports the delivery of high-value goods and services for nuclear‑related activities, aligning with the organization’s mission to enable scientific and technical programmes. This position offers a chance to influence procurement practices in an international setting and to contribute to credible, timely project outcomes.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Provide procurement expertise and advisory support
- Conduct specialised market research and suppliers' base analysis
- Produce procurement documentation and reports for the procurement portfolio
- Develop and advise on procurement strategies and risk plans
- Provide guidance during the procurement evaluation process
- Perform price analysis, benchmarking and due diligence
- Develop and track KPIs for supplier performance
- Monitor timelines, progress and implementation of the procurement portfolio
- Report on progress of the procurement portfolio as required
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor in Procurement (or related field)
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in procurement, logistics and/or project management, preferably in an international organization
- Experience in international procurement, project coordination, drafting of action plans
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
