Overview
As Consultant for the IEC, you will strengthen and implement visual outreach across the Operations Centre and corridor spaces. You will collect content, coordinate with in-house experts, ensure compliance with IAEA visual identity, and manage the vendor relationship from renders to installation. You will consolidate materials into a cohesive brochure suite and support training content and publications edits. Your work enables clear, technically accurate communication for a global audience and enhances preparedness messaging.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Implement wall decals across eleven surfaces from content to installation
- Collect and consolidate content (texts, photos) from stakeholders
- Draft, verify and finalize written content for technical clarity
- Coordinate internal reviews and clearances before vendor release
- Provide input for procurement documents and vendor queries
- Liaise with vendor through design, renders, production, delivery and installation
- Verify installation against approved renders and record defects
- Inventory, consolidate and update IEC brochures to a unified suite
- Draft, revise and align brochures with IAEA visual identity
- Review and update training materials for consistency
- Edit IEC publications to improve structure and accessibility while preserving technical content
- Coordinate review cycles with responsible technical officers
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University degree in a relevant field (communications, public information, journalism, etc.)
- Minimum of five years of experience in communication, outreach or publication production
- Experience coordinating external design, print or installation vendors
- Experience producing outreach content aligned with institutional visual identity
- Experience revising and editing technical material for non-technical readers
- Experience in an international organization is an asset
- Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of another IAEA official language is an asset
- Coordination with internal/external stakeholders
