Youwill operate across both Corporate FPA activities and Business Controllingfor ISS, and will adapting focus based on business priorities and planningcycles. The ManagerFPA plays a key role in driving financial performance,strengthening analytical capabilities, and reinforcing business partneringacross the ISS portfolio. /ppIn this role you will ensure successfuldelivery of the following key activities: /ph3CorporatePlanning Coordination Governance /h3ulliSupport the coordination and execution of corporate planning cycles (budget, forecast, month-end) for ISS /liliEnsure adherence to planning standards, timelines, and governance requirements across all contributors /liliAct as key contact between ISS, FPA, and Accounting during planning cycles /liliIdentify risks, opportunities, dependencies, and inconsistencies, proactively and recommend appropriate actions /li /ulh3Business Partnering Financial Support /h3ulliAct as finance partner to ISS and FSS stakeholders, providing financial insights and support across Products, Platforms Data, SIS, and Invoicing Collections /liliSupport decision-making through financial analysis, scenario modelling and recommendations by challenging assumptions and shaping financial outcomes /liliSupport strategic initiatives across Financial Services through financial evaluations and scenario analysis /liliAssist business stakeholders in monitoring alignment between financial targets and operational plans /li /ulh3Planning, Forecasting Performance Management /h3ulliSupport the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts for ISS /liliEnsure consistency, robustness, and transparency of assumptions across all ISS functions /liliMonitor financial performance, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions /liliMonitor financial performance against targets and highlight risks and opportunities /li /ulh3Financial Reporting ExecutiveInsights /h3ulliPrepare and coordinate ISS financial reporting, including monthly PL, variance analysis, and performance commentary /liliEnsure accuracy and integrity of financial data, working closely with Accounting and consolidation teams /liliDeliver insightful reporting to senior management, highlighting key drivers, trends and implications /liliContribute to ISS and Corporate performance reporting and commentary /li /ulh3Advanced Analysis Decision Support /h3ulliLead scenario modelling and financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions /liliAnalyse revenue performance, financial and non-financial drivers, and business trends across ISS /liliTranslate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations /liliSupport business cases and investment decisions /li /ulh3Governance, Controls Data Quality /h3ulliSupport compliance with financial governance, policies, controls, and KPI frameworks (e.g. HAR) /liliMonitor data quality and consistency across financial and operational reporting /liliDrive adoption of best practices in financial discipline across ISS /li /ulh3ContinuousImprovement FPA Transformation /h3ulliSupport improvements in reporting automation, efficiency, and standardisation /liliContribute to the evolution of FPA capabilities, tools, and processes (aligned with PARIS / EPM) /liliPromote data-driven decision-making within ISS through effective financial analysis and reporting /li /ulh3We would love to hear from you if /h3ulliOver 6 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning within a multinational environment /liliAbility to collaborate with senior leaders and provide proactive financial insights that influence decision-making /liliProficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI), with the ability to deliver data-driven, forward-looking analysis. /liliAbility to build and maintain robust forecasting models and scenario frameworks /liliAbility to proactively identify risks and opportunities, beyond standard variance analysis /liliDemonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business recommendations and build trusted stakeholder relationships /liliExperience with SAP and EPM platforms /liliA University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline /liliFluent in English /li /ulpTravel Required: N /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
