The BORA (meaning "better" in Swahili) program aims at delivering a new ERP solution for IATA that will enable Corporate Services to deliver on their fiduciary responsibilities as well as deliver more value to the business.br/The Senior Manager, Business Change Management leads the organizational change strategy for IATA's ERP transformation, ensuring that people, processes, and capabilities evolve in line with the future operating model. The role oversees stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness, working closely with Global Process Owners, the ID team, and Business Leaders to drive adoption and embed new ways of working across the organization. The role also acts as a key connector across business and functional stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment, while ensuring consistent and effective communication throughout the programme lifecycle.br/Therole reports to the CS Transformation Lead. /p h3What your day would be like /h3 ul liLead the end-to-end Change Management strategy for the ERP transformation, ensuring business readiness, strong communication, and successful end-user adoption across the organization. /li liConduct stakeholder mapping and impact assessments to understand how new processes, roles, and systems will affect different parts of the organization. /li liDevelop and execute comprehensive Change Management Plans aligned with ERP transformation goals and timelines. /li liApply structured change methodology to guide stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, communications, training, and readiness activities. /li liPartner with Transformation team, GPOs, ID, and IATA business leaders to identify, assess, and manage change impacts across the organization. /li liBuild and execute communication strategies that deliver clear, consistent, and timely messaging about the ERP implementation and BORA transformation, ensuring alignment across Senior Management Management, and end-users. /li liEstablish and manage collaboration forums, stakeholder networks, and change champion communities to promote engagement, gather feedback, resolve concerns, and reinforce adoption across the organization. /li liLead the design and deployment of end-user training programs to ensure employees understand new processes, tools, and ways of working. /li liDrive business readiness across organizational, process, role, and training areas to ensure a smooth and successful go-live. /li liTrack readiness and adoption KPIs, monitor areas of resistance, and recommend targeted interventions to support successful adoption. /li liProvide hands-on support during key ERP milestones such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go-Live, and Hypercare. /li liPartner with the BORA Transformation Lead on additional transformation, people, and project priorities as delegated. /li /ul h3We would love to hear from you if /h3 ul li10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management within large-scale transformation programs, ideally in global or complex organizations. /li liProven experience supporting SAP or Oracle ERP finance transformations, with strong understanding of core financial processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash etc.). /li liStrong ability to translate process and system changes into clear, actionable impacts for people and teams /li liExperience in designing and delivering change strategies, communication plans, and training programs /li liSkilled at stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and building trusted relationships across diverse groups /li liAbility to simplify complex concepts and communicate them in a clear, compelling, and accessible way /li liExperience working with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, IT, and business operations /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and manage adoption risks /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
