Overview
Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract. Contract Duration: 6 months, with potential to convert to permanent in 2027. Responsibilities
Manage and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, actions, dependencies, and deliverables across workstreams.
Track daily progress and provide clear, timely status updates to the Program Manager and key stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional activities and help resolve blockers that impact multiple modules, teams, or business processes.
Facilitate workshops and meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting outcomes, tracking actions, and driving follow-up activities.
Support requirements gathering, solution discussions, testing preparation, and deployment planning activities.
Monitor risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate mitigation and escalation plans.
Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure alignment between functional, technical, and organizational objectives.
Support governance and program management activities, including steering committee preparation, reporting packs, KPI tracking, and project documentation.
Coordinate partner and internal team activities to ensure delivery against scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, streamline processes, and strengthen project controls.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities with effective stakeholder management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with collaboration, ownership, and a proactive mindset.
Engineering background (preferably Computer Engineering) is desirable; PMP certification or MBA is advantageous.
