EPM Project Manager in Genève

Overview

In this role you will lead the EPM workstream within IATA’s BORA program, delivering a new ERP and EPM solution to support fiduciary responsibilities and business value. You will work with cross-functional teams across Corporate Services, Finance, and IT to ensure timely, within-scope delivery. You will shape governance, risk management, and vendor coordination to achieve strategic objectives. Verantwortungsbereiche

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the EPM workstream within the BORA program, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps
• Monitor progress, manage risks/issues, and drive resolution through governance channels
• Coordinate EPM with ERP, data, integration, security, reporting, and change management activities
• Act as the primary liaison across Corporate Services, Finance, Business Teams, vendors, and SI partners
• Lead governance activities: RAID, status reporting, executive communications, decision tracking, steering committees
• Oversee vendor demonstrations, evaluations, and selection for EPM solutions
• Ensure solution design, integration, reporting, security, and implementation readiness align with objectives
• Lead testing, UAT, cutover, deployment, and business readiness activities
• Manage relationships with implementation partners and software vendors, ensuring delivery quality and contract commitments

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• 5+ years delivering large-scale EPM/ERP/finance transformation programs
• Proven leadership of end-to-end EPM implementations (planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting)
• Strong understanding of enterprise finance processes (FP&A, governance, budgeting, reporting)
• Experience managing complex projects, governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience with software selection, systems integration, and vendor management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to engage senior executives
• Fluency in English; project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/SAFe)
• Experience with Oracle EPM, OneStream, Anaplan, IBM Planning Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud or similar platforms (desirable)
