Senior Manager Compliance Programs and Projects in Genève

Overview

In this role you drive regulatory risk assessment and the design and rollout of compliance programs to support innovative product development. You work across divisions to implement controls that uphold regulatory standards while enabling business growth. You will lead efficiency-driven compliance projects and collaborate with Legal and IT teams to map requirements and enhance systems. This is a chance to shape the compliance framework in a fast-moving aviation environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Assist cross-divisional project teams with regulatory risk assessment
• Design and implement new compliance programs or solutions per action plans
• Identify and execute compliance improvement projects for operational efficiency (system enhancement, process automation)
• Lead and support Legal in regulatory impact reviews for projects
• Support IT teams on implementing compliance controls and processes
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for operational implementation of new processes and controls

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Strong financial and banking background and/or understanding of IATA’s financial services & products
• Strong understanding of AML, economic sanctions, and Finreg risks with mitigation plans
• Exceptional writing skills for reports, policies, manuals, procedures, and senior-level correspondence
• Graduate degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or Law
• Direct compliance and project management experience (7+ years) in financial services
• CAMS and/or CFE certifications preferred
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
