The ambition that we have set ourselves as a division is “Be the trusted proactive partner, providing data-driven and AI- enabledcorporate services for the business, while upholding the highest fiduciarystandards.” /p pWhat your day would be like /p pTheManager FPA acts as a business partner to ISS leadership, throughhigh-quality financial planning, reporting, and analysis, while strengtheninginsight generation and enabling decision-making.br/Youwill operate across both Corporate FPA activities and Business Controllingfor ISS, and will adapting focus based on business priorities and planningcycles.br/The Manager FPA plays a key role in driving financial performance,strengthening analytical capabilities, and reinforcing business partneringacross the ISS portfolio. /p pIn this role you will ensure successfuldelivery of the following key activities: /p h3CorporatePlanning Coordination Governance /h3 ul liSupport the coordination and execution of corporate planning cycles (budget, forecast, month-end) for ISS /li liEnsure adherence to planning standards, timelines, and governance requirements across all contributors /li liAct as key contact between ISS, FPA, and Accounting during planning cycles /li liIdentify risks, opportunities, dependencies, and inconsistencies, proactively and recommend appropriate actions /li /ul h3Business Partnering Financial Support /h3 ul liAct as finance partner to ISS and FSS stakeholders, providing financial insights and support across Products, Platforms Data, SIS, and Invoicing Collections /li liSupport decision-making through financial analysis, scenario modelling and recommendations by challenging assumptions and shaping financial outcomes /li liSupport strategic initiatives across Financial Services through financial evaluations and scenario analysis /li liAssist business stakeholders in monitoring alignment between financial targets and operational plans /li /ul h3Planning, Forecasting Performance Management /h3 ul liSupport the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts for ISS /li liEnsure consistency, robustness, and transparency of assumptions across all ISS functions /li liMonitor financial performance, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions /li liMonitor financial performance against targets and highlight risks and opportunities /li /ul h3Financial Reporting ExecutiveInsights /h3 ul liPrepare and coordinate ISS financial reporting, including monthly PL, variance analysis, and performance commentary /li liEnsure accuracy and integrity of financial data, working closely with Accounting and consolidation teams /li liDeliver insightful reporting to senior management, highlighting key drivers, trends and implications /li liContribute to ISS and Corporate performance reporting and commentary /li /ul h3Advanced Analysis Decision Support /h3 ul liLead scenario modelling and financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions /li liAnalyse revenue performance, financial and non-financial drivers, and business trends across ISS /li liTranslate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations /li liSupport business cases and investment decisions /li /ul h3Governance, Controls Data Quality /h3 ul liSupport compliance with financial governance, policies, controls, and KPI frameworks (e.g. HAR) /li liMonitor data quality and consistency across financial and operational reporting /li liDrive adoption of best practices in financial discipline across ISS /li /ul h3ContinuousImprovement FPA Transformation /h3 ul liSupport improvements in reporting automation, efficiency, and standardisation /li liContribute to the evolution of FPA capabilities, tools, and processes (aligned with PARIS / EPM) /li liPromote data-driven decision-making within ISS through effective financial analysis and reporting /li /ul pWe would love to hear from you if /p ul liOver 6 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning within a multinational environment /li liAbility to collaborate with senior leaders and provide proactive financial insights that influence decision-making /li liProficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI), with the ability to deliver data-driven, forward-looking analysis. /li liAbility to build and maintain robust forecasting models and scenario frameworks /li liAbility to proactively identify risks and opportunities, beyond standard variance analysis /li liDemonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business recommendations and build trusted stakeholder relationships /li liExperience with SAP and EPM platforms /li liA University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline /li liFluent in English /li /ul pTravel Required: N /p pbLearn more about IATA’s role in the industry, our benefits, and the team at iata/careers/.
