As part of the job, project requirements and processes will be documented and optimized. Your tools for this will primarily be Confluence and Jira.
Your Tasks:
- You are responsible for mapping the project process landscape in Confluence.
- You work out the optimization potential of the processes in consultation with the process owners.
- You take care of the structural optimization of day-to-day work processes and procedures.
- You support the project management (organization of appointments, protocols, etc.).
- You create instructions and documentation.
Necessary Skills:
- Ongoing studies in business administration, industrial engineering, economics, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, natural sciences or a comparable course of study.
- Good to very good knowledge of Office applications.
- Knowledge of Confluence and Jira is an advantage.
- Independence and analytical thinking.
- Very good communication skills.

- High level of commitment, creativity and willingness to learn and perform.
Remuneration is based on our collective wage and salary agreement. The current monthly salary for this position is EUR 979.00. From February 2025, the monthly salary for this position will be EUR 1,012.00.
