What you will achieve
- Responsibility for expanding and further developing our market presence in Western Switzerland - Leading, coaching and developing the regional sales team - Active acquisition of new customers (B2C) and consistent development of existing customers - Development and implementation of regional sales strategies and measures - Ensuring sustainable growth of revenue and profitability in your region
What you bring
- Education: Advanced technical college - Specialisation: or comparable further training as well as several years of experience in sales, ideally in the education sector or service industry - Professional experience: Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop teams - Proven success in developing revenue and profitability over several years - Strong communication and negotiation skills in French and German - Entrepreneurial personality with high personal responsibility and a clear focus on impact - Clear sales and closing strength combined with a structured and goal-oriented working style - French (C1) - German (C1)
