Responsibilities
- Construction of high-voltage storage batteries, electric motors, inverters
- Responsible assembly designer for 3D modeling 2D drawing creation
- Lead development of detailed design solutions
- Instructions for the detailed designers for the assembly
- Responsibility for the assembly parts list
- Perform tolerance calculations
- Ensuring the construction-related documentation for the assembly
- Coordination with suppliers
- Occasional presentation of module status to project and customer
Your profile
- Completed engineering degree, preferably mechanical engineering or mechatronics
- At least 3 years of significant professional experience as a CAD Designer at a Tier 1 supplier or OEM for medium-complexity products
- Experience in guiding individual designers
- Very good CAD skills in CATIA V5 and/or NX
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Ability to work efficiently and goal-oriented
- High level of flexibility, creativity, diligence and technical understanding
- Strong communication skills
- Very good MS Office skills
