Responsibilities
- Develop a business architecture strategy based on situational awareness of various healthcare business scenarios and organizational motivations.
- Apply a structured business architecture approach for capturing key enterprise views including strategy, capability, value stream, and organizational perspectives.
- Define strategic, core, and support processes that transcend functional and organizational boundaries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or a closely related discipline.
- Proficiency with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the Veterans Health Administration or similar federal health agency.
- TOGAF 9 or 10 Certification or Certified Business Architect (CBA).
- Familiarity with HL7 FHIR, interoperability standards, or health information exchange frameworks.
