Your tasks

• Lead complex frontend and platform architecture initiatives across enterprise clients, ensuring scalable and innovative solutions.
• Develop modern, modular frontend architectures and design systems tailored for scale and efficiency.
• Design and consult on platform strategies that seamlessly integrate AI into frontend experiences.
• Act as a senior advisor during presales and discovery phases for strategic deals, showcasing expertise and building client trust.
• Help shape go‑to‑market offerings and reusable frontend assets to streamline delivery and enhance client value.
• Mentor architects and engineers, fostering their growth while evolving our architectural standards.
• Bridge technology and business strategy to maximize client impact and deliver exceptional results.

Your skills

• 10+ years of experience in frontend architecture, platform development, or digital consulting, demonstrating ability to deliver impactful solutions.
• Deep expertise in modern frameworks such as Next.js, Angular, and Nuxt, enabling cutting‑edge system design.
• Continuous learning about web development trends such as micro frontends, web standards, and more.
• Experience designing component‑based systems and frontend‑platform architectures that are scalable and efficient.
• Strategic mindset with proven experience in presales and enterprise advisory, shaping client strategies.
• Understanding of how AI/ML can be integrated into frontend experiences and platforms, with practical experience using AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, required for collaboration in a bilingual environment.
• Experience working in hybrid or international teams across multiple locations, showcasing adaptability and collaboration.
• Bonus: Experience with cloud‑native frontend platforms or design ops frameworks.
