Drive digital commerce forward. As a Functional Consultant (f/m/x), you help leading brands shape efficient, scalable commerce solutions by bridging business needs and technology. Join our team to turn complex requirements into smart, future-ready platforms — from discovery to go-live.

• You lead the analysis and optimization of business processes for eCommerce platforms, conducting in-depth assessments to align client business requirements with efficient, scalable solutions
• You collaborate with clients to define functional specifications, ensuring that business needs are mapped into practical, actionable requirements for system implementation
• You design and document workflows and process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, ensuring they align with client goals and eCommerce platform capabilities
• You support Presales, contributing to proposals, responding to RfPs, and conducting workshops to identify business needs and potential solutions
• You provide expertise during the implementation phase, ensuring that functional requirements are met and that the solution delivers value to the client’s business
• You provide state-of-the-art commerce process expertise to consult the client and drive fit-gap discussions around configuring, implementing, and integrating standard solutions (e.g., payment, checkout, search)
• You conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions to empower clients, ensuring they are equipped to leverage the implemented solutions effectively
• You contribute to the development of internal best practices, documentation, and training materials, sharing your expertise to support the growth of the consulting, sales, and technical teams
• You stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining your expertise to deliver optimal solutions and enhance business processes
• You are proficient in English. Proficiency and ability to work in a dynamic, bilingual environment is a huge plus
• You have a solid foundation in functional consulting and business process analysis within the eCommerce space, ideally with experience in B2B, B2C, and other multi-party commerce models
• You possess a deep understanding of business process optimization and can translate these into functional requirements that integrate with eCommerce platforms (preferably Commercetools, Adobe Commerce, Shopify, or similar platforms)
• You are skilled at mapping business requirements to technical solutions, ensuring that proposed solutions are both scalable and efficient
• You have hands-on experience in fit-gap analysis and are confident in advising clients on configuring and integrating standard commerce capabilities (e.g., payment, checkout, search)
• You adopt a consultative approach when working with clients, offering strategic guidance, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and helping clients make informed decisions
• You have a detail-oriented approach to your work, ensuring all functional requirements are carefully considered and documented with high-quality standards
• You excel in supporting stakeholder management, helping maintain strong client relationships, steering them through the project lifecycle, and ensuring that expectations are effectively communicated and met
• You have hands-on experience supporting Presales activities, including RfP responses, proposal creation, and solution design, working closely with sales teams to ensure client needs are fully understood and addressed
• You are proficient in facilitating client workshops and training sessions, with exceptional presentation and communication skills, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams
• You are open to travel as needed to meet clients and engage with project teams on-site
