React Native Developer (f/m/x)

Position

React Native Developer (f/m/x) – Full‑time (40 h/w). Locations: Berlin, Düsseldorf, Vienna, Wels, Varazdin, Zagreb, Osijek. German and English fluent required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative, high‑performance mobile and web applications using React Native and React.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary agile teams (UX, UI, Backend, QA).
• Create intuitive, high‑quality user interfaces optimized for performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Mentor colleagues, especially junior developers, on technical and organizational levels.
• Review and provide feedback on code, ensuring quality and consistency across projects.
• Help define and achieve team goals, manage tasks effectively, and respect deadlines.
• Drive best practices in React Native and React development, including component architecture and state management.

Qualifications

• Solid professional experience in frontend and mobile development with a focus on React Native and React.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS (e.g., accessibility, modular design systems such as Atomic Design, BEM, Pattern Lab).
• Experience with modern React patterns – hooks, context, efficient state management (e.g., Redux).
• Familiarity with mobile‑specific challenges such as performance optimisation, native modules, and cross‑platform UI design.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset and ability to make informed technical decisions.
• Strong communication skills and openness to giving and receiving feedback.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (C1 level).
