PROJECT BUSINESS is how business is conducted in industries such as IT & Digital, Telecom, Automation, Energy, Construction, Transportation, and others, where complex solutions, systems, products, and services are sold and procured.

WHO ARE WE?

We are the Project Business Management Association: a team of practitioners, all volunteers, from various industries, functions, and countries.

We believe that current methods of conducting Project Business can be improved, as many projects fail due to issues primarily in the Development Phase—the \’business phase\‘ before the contract, where client and supplier meet.

Our shared purpose is to re-think and redefine how projects are procured, sold, and developed in the 21st century. Our goal is to establish a new management discipline: Project Business Management (PBM), and to build a dedicated global professional organization.

Are you experienced in the Development Phase of B2B projects, particularly in complex, strategic procurement, whether public or private?

WHAT YOU WILL DO?

• Volunteer to participate in discussions, experience-sharing, and brainstorming with industry leaders and peers about PBM.
• Volunteer to co-author the PBM Book of Knowledge.
• Volunteer to create and manage a professional organization dedicated to PBM.
• Volunteer to promote PBM within your network and on LinkedIn.
