This is an early technical hire with significant influence over the architecture, tooling and future direction of the platform. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liDesigning and developing a compiler stack for a new hardware architecture /li liBuilding intermediate representations, compiler passes and lowering pipelines /li liDeveloping hardware-aware optimisations and code-generation capabilities /li liTranslating high-level workloads into efficient execution on the target architecture /li liWorking closely with the founders and hardware engineers on hardware–software co-design /li liDefining interfaces across the compiler, runtime and architecture layers /li liProfiling, benchmarking and debugging generated workloads /li liHelping shape the company’s technical roadmap and engineering standards /li /ul h3What They’re Looking For /h3 ul liStrong modern C++ development experience /li liProfessional compiler engineering experience using LLVM, MLIR or a comparable compiler infrastructure /liliA solid understanding of intermediate representations, compiler passes, lowering and optimisation /li liExperience working close to hardware or targeting processors, accelerators or custom silicon /li liThe ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, early-stage environment /li liAn interest in taking ownership and helping build a technology platform from the ground up /li /ul pExperience developing compilers for GPUs, NPUs, DSPs, FPGAs or other specialised accelerators would be particularly relevant. /p pThis is a rare opportunity to join a well-connected founding team at an early stage and have a genuine impact on both the compiler and underlying architecture. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
